The T2XFC is a PC based real-time control system that features a user friendly graphical interface for operator convenience during set-up, daily operations, maintenance, data tracking and downloading. Other capabilities include unlimited communication protocols using various industrial field buses and Ethernet for integration with other equipment, including robots and line-control systems. |

For applications that require pedestal mounted or stationary dosers, the T2X platform offers two stationary doser options; 80cc or 250cc's, with three versions to handle cold, warm (68°F - 176°F), and hot (176°F - 284°F) materials. |

All T2X systems can be configured for cold, semi-heated and hot. Electric heating options are controlled by the T2XFC for various zones and temperatures. Based upon amount of heating your application requires we can heat material from the pump and follower plate to the doser and gun. Each T2X pump is equipped with both electrical and pneumatic control boxes for all sensors, heaters and air pressure control. |
