We also provide certificates as documentation that these services were completed as prescribed by regulatory requirements or quality standards.

Proper installation will also help to ensure that you realize the maximum useful life of your equipment and avoid unplanned downtime. We offer assistance, oversight and labor to aide you in getting started with your new equipment, or with the relocation of existing equipment.

PC & Software Support Services

More equipment comes with software embedded within the unit and requires the unit to interface with a network or other software systems. The performance of the software and the connectivity is essential in achieving the maximum utilization of your system. We offer an array of software services that support the application engineering, device net & discrete I/O support, FTP Site development, software validation, software licensing, network & field bus support, software installation & upgrades, PCs, and software development support. Preventative Maintenance Services

Performing routine preventative maintenance service at periodic intervals is required to keep your unit from failing pre-naturally and to avoid unplanned downtime interruptions to your operation. Our preventive maintenance services follow a series of prescribed checks and adjustments, and replace specific components to ensure that the device is fully prepared to perform back to its original manufacturer recommended specification. We offer preventative maintenance services both at your facility and through our repair centers.

These services include: Test Lab procedures (bead sizing, performance analysis, application assistance), system reconfiguration and more. These are services that go beyond the device and look into your site's configuration and helps design and support the achievement of your organizations goals and objectives.

Remanufacture Services

Some components of your equipment are designed to be consumed over time as the device is used. Other parts of your device are designed to last for a very long time. We can take some of your aged equipment and reuse many of the working components, and "remanufacture" the equipment with new and sometimes improved parts and components, bringing the unit back to operationally accepted levels of performance at a cost that is less than a new unit. We also provide OEM warranties for these remanufactured systems, which vary in length depending upon the various units.

Repair Services

Accidents happen and equipment ages and degrades over time. If you experience a situation where your device no longer performs properly, we provide a full range of services to troubleshoot and repair your device back to the manufacturer's original recommend specifications. Some minor repairs can be performed at your facility. However, it is often recommended that your device be repaired at on of our repair centers. Our repair centers provide an optimal environment to perform repairs and validation testing. With all major repairs we also include a calibration of the device and a calibration certificate.

Service Contracts/Agreements

We are constantly looking at ways to improve the support we provide to our customers, and increase the value they receive from our efforts. We can often drive costs out of support activities when we plan instead of react to your needs. We can also provide even greater savings to our customers by avoiding or minimizing the impact of a service event on their operation (downtime, calibrations, etc.). Therefore, we offer different levels of bundled support activities into contracts or agreements which plan activities targeted by the specific needs of each customer.

Spare Parts & Parts Strategies

Having the right part at the right time is critical in achieving the maximum uptime of your equipment. We offer the parts, consumable and accessories, and the strategies on what levels to carry to support your efforts. Original OEM parts can make a large impact on the performance of you device, and we support your efforts to have these parts available when you need them.

Startup/Commissioning Services

To get your system to be able to deliver its full capability, you need to do more than physical install the equipment and systems. The systems and equipment need to be tested and confirm that they are operating properly to your particular specifications in your facility. We offer support services that can either perform this work, supervise this work or just verify that everything is operating properly.
